What is RTT?

Its creator is the globally acclaimed therapist, best selling author and award-winning speaker, Marisa Peer. RTT is an acronym, that stands for:

 A kind of therapy that is result oriented, and can bring significant change into your life.

In Rapid Transformational Therapy emphasis is on speed, so that change comes in a relatively short time and with high speed.

You do not need to come back each week for a session, having to talk about painful events and memories, opeining up a painful wound that cannot heal. Most of the issues can be solved in 1-3 sessions. My goal is not making you dependent on me. My goal is to guide you to your goal as soon as possible, and make you self-propelled, and instead of coming back to me, just recommend me wholeheartedly to others.  

RTT combines elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, NLP and hypnosis, in order to get to the root cause of your issue right at the beginning of our work together, so that you understand it, and the desired changes can take root and change your life for the better. The most important thing is that it really brings changes, as understanding is power.

RTT Session

We talk during the entire session, the difference being that your eyes are closed, and however, this meditative state of mind during the session does not feel any different than other times, when you come out of it, you realize how different it has been, how aligned with your true self you have been, and your answers came from your subconscious. My experience with everyone, be the person extremely open or down to earth, is that only their true answers surface, everyone becomes the interpreter and speaker of their own inner self and wisdom, and they only accept suggestions that they agree with and believe to be true and beneficial for them. This is how we have those AHA moments that can dissolve our problems. At the end of the session, we install new programs in the subconsious mind through a personalised audio recording, using these suggestions, that you have to listen to for at least 28 days, allowing new neuropathways to form in your mind that control your new thoughts and behaviour.

The Process Step by Step

First contact (optional; 5-10 min phone call): we talk about the issue you are looking to solve, what you would like to achieve and what is the process like.

Filling the Intake Form (medical history, goals you want to achieve through RTT, family background and childhood).

Discovery Call (free of charge, 20 min phone or Zoom call) to clarify and further elaborate on the medical history, goals you want to achieve through RTT, family background and childhood.

The Session (120-150 min) is in a relaxed state of mind (eyes closed, in person or through Zoom), to uncover the real cause of your blocks from past traumatic events, to erase and eradicate old limiting beliefs and to instal desired new mechanisms. *

Personalised recording, that you have to listen to once a day, for at least 28 days, so that these changes become permanent, as the mind learns by repetition.

*Booking a session is subject to the Discovery Call, and confirmation of appointment is subjec to payment in advance. The number of sessions depends on the issue and goals.

’I contacted Anita because of procrastination. I had tried kinesiology and I had been to psychotherapy hoping that this problem would disappear. The urge for a solution was becoming stronger. RTT can be of great help in quitting smoking, because by finding and eliminating the root cause it can bring long lasting results. We combined RTT with ear acupuncture for a client, to eliminate withdrawal symptoms too. Here is the result: 🙂

’I contacted Anita because a friend of mine told me about the huge change in his approach on life as result of one RTT session, so I knew that it would help me too. I asked for help so that I could quit smoking. Smoking had been part of my life for 25 years and having had many attempts that failed, I knew that I needed assistance, I needed to support my body by ear acupuncture too. Anita was very calming professionally and personally too. Even though she put 10 needles in my ears, it was not painful at all. To be honest, I had by doubts, whether it will be phisically successful, the result was all the more surprising. ’You can read about RTT in detail a lot. What you will find e.g. is that it is a unique combination of different therapeutic methods and tools, combined in a well organised way through an empirical approach. We can find a lot of videos and talks with its creator and followers, as well as with its professional users. A method can be new and promising, however, the success is really up to the therapist. The one person who needs to tune in with the client. They have to be at the same wavelength, and sometimes the therapist has to have a broader perspective to sense and decode the small, delicate signs and messages from the subconscious mind. Once it is achieve, the task seems to be easy, but it is not. The real work just starts from there.

Anita is especially suitable for this job, there is something exceptional in her that goes beyond that. The icing on the cake is that she is punctual, thorough and precise.
